We had a great experience with Rotterdam Rental Service!
We were abroad and needed to find an apartment in Rotterdam before arriving. I contacted Ruben Friday evening and after exchanging a few messages over the weekend we had video visits to four appartments on Monday and Tuesday. On Friday (one week from the first contact) we already had the landlords' consent for the appartment we wanted. Ruben seems to know the right people to make everything smoother.
He always provided us with updates before we needed to contact him and was very servicial and helpful.
